In my experience, basic practice is actually quite advanced, as it can take a minimum of three months to re-wire habitual patterns. So your PWR journey begins with discovering the basic yet essential knowledge of how your hips function best, as when you find this, the whole body from the legs and feet through to the spine and mind will benefit. Therefore the first couple of months of weekly online classes are dedicated to making sure this knowledge becomes the foundation upon which you sit stand and move. The following month challenges these foundations to see where weakest links are, so we can guarantee you stand more freely upright, but you know the mechanisms by which you’ve achieved it.
